How do I book my tickets?
No need to choose dates when you subscribe! Subscribers enjoy a two-week priority booking period for each production before tickets go on sale to the general public.  Simply contact Ticket Central with your subscriber number to book your seats.

Can I buy tickets for friends of mine who aren’t yet subscribers?
Yes. You may purchase guest tickets through Ticket Central at a reduced rate.

Where is a good place to eat in the neighborhood?
Another benefit of your MCC Theater subscription is that the very best restaurants in the West Village will offer you 10% off your bill. Click here for a list of currently participating restaurants.

What if I need to reschedule my reservation once it’s been made?
One of the benefits of your MCC Theater subscription is the flexibility to reschedule an existing reservation if you need to. Just call Ticket Central with your new preferred dates and they will accommodate you, based on availability. If you need to reschedule your tickets with less than 24 hours notice, or after your original performance, please contact audienceservices@mcctheater.org, (212) 727-7722 ext. 224. All rescheduling will be accommodated based on availability.

What if I need to confirm my reservation?
If you have been given a confirmation number from Ticket Central, your reservation is confirmed. If you would like to double check for any reason, you may do so by calling Ticket Central: (212) 279-4200 (noon – 8pm, daily).

What is the layout of The Lucille Lortel Theatre?

Where is the nearest parking garage?
MCC Theater subscribers receive discounted parking at Apple West 11th Street Garage, (212) 741-9079, located at 322 West 11th Street (btw. Greenwich and Washington). Click here for a map. Present your MCC Theater ticket stubs from that day’s performance to receive $5 off.
